- Fulfillment Model: We operate an on-demand, direct-to-customer fulfillment model. Upon order confirmation, items are sourced directly from our verified supply network and dispatched to your specified address.
2. User Eligibility
To use this Platform and execute binding orders, you must be at least 18 years of age and fully capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Payments, Pricing & Anti-Dark Pattern Guarantee
- Payment Processing: All transactions are securely routed through Razorpay, an RBI-approved payment gateway. We do not store credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

No hidden charges, forced add-ons, or drip-pricing tactics are applied.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, EPIC FULL FILLS, its proprietor, and its operational partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
