1. Authorized Logistics Carriers
Shipments are dispatched via our primary courier partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, Shadowfax, and Xpressbees.
2. Dynamic Shipping Charges
We do not apply flat-rate shipping. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
- Recipient destination pincode.
- Package dead weight and volumetric dimensions.
- Specific carrier rates selected during checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch for most tier-1 and metro regions.
- Maximum Delivery Timeline: Under exceptional circumstances (e.g., remote pin codes, severe weather, or regional transit disruptions), delivery may take up to 14 days.
4. Damaged Packaging Protocol at Handover
Customers are required to inspect the physical condition of the package before accepting delivery from the courier agent. If the exterior box is visibly damaged, crushed, tampered with, or unsealed, you must refuse delivery. Accepting a visibly tampered package limits our ability to claim courier liability for transit damage.
5. Lost in Transit Coverage
If our automated logistics tracking system flags an order as "Lost in Transit" or unrecoverable by the carrier, EPIC FULL FILLS will automatically generate and dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
